Israel Vertical cold isostatic press

The vertical cold isostatic press adopts the prestressed steel wire winding structure, which has high fatigue strength, reasonable force, safety and reliability, compact structure and light weight. It is mainly used for the forming of semi-finished parts of powder products before sintering and the preforming of hot isostatic pressing blank. The pressed products have high density, uniform density distribution and good isotropic properties. They are widely used in powder products of various cemented carbide, refractory materials, magnetic materials, ceramics, graphite, non-ferrous metals and high specific gravity alloys.

1、Features Vertical cold isostatic press adopts pre-stressed steel wire winding work cylinder and pre-stressed steel wire winding frame structure, and the main stressed parts are processed in special structural form, with high fatigue strength, reasonable stress, safety and reliability, compact structure and light weight.

2、Application Vertical cold isostatic press is an advanced equipment for pressing high quality powder products, mainly used for semi-finished products of powder products, molding of parts before sintering and preform of hot isostatic blank. The pressed products have high density, uniform density distribution, good isotropic performance, wide range of pressing and molding, and can be pressed with large total size, large slenderness ratio and complex shape products, which are widely used in all kinds of cemented carbide, refractory materials, magnetic materials, ceramics, graphite, non-ferrous metals and high specific gravity alloy powder products.
