Polyurethane isostatic forming mold is used for wet bag isostatic press or dry bag isostatic press as a soft mold for transferring pressure, also known as envelope. It is a soft mold obtained by enlarging the size of the blank according to proportion, but it is relatively hard and has a certain supporting strength to be shaped. It can be filled with powder or sealed into the preformed blank and put into liquid for isostatic pressing, also known as wet bag isostatic pressing. It can also be made into a dry bag polyurethane isostatic pressing mold of suitable size for dry bag isostatic pressing.
Dry pressing forming mold is used for one-way hydraulic press or two-way hydraulic press to form a mold by pressing ceramic, refractory or other metal powder with organic binder and moisture less than 8%. Dry pressing mold has simple mold and complex mold. According to the mold material, it is divided into steel mold and hard alloy mold. According to the size of the product, it can press one or more pieces at a time, and it can be divided into single-cavity mold and multi-cavity mold. According to the different pressed products, it can be directly called by the name of the formed products, such as lining brick mold, lattice brick mold, sagger mold, etc.
