Coke oven lattice brick forming solution

According to the different production capacity requirements of customers, Mach provides a coke oven lattice brick forming solution:

semi-dry press forming: the refractory mud granulated by rolling is filled into the dry press forming mold cavity, which is generally automatic filling. The press goes through the process of pre-pressurization, exhaust, pressurization, pressure holding and pressure relief. After the pressure relief is completed, the demoulding is protected. The lower cylinder and the upper cylinder rise synchronously, and the brick blank is ejected out of the mold cavity. At the same time of the second feeding, the brick blank is pushed out of the press position, which can be picked up manually or automatically.
